A film to open the event for the christening of a new ship from Van Oord: De Boreas. Commissioned by FX Agency. A three day shoot in May where we told the story of Aura, a young girl who is fascinated by the wind, and when she grows up she realizes that this force of nature is the solution for many of problems we face today.

This production was fun and creative, but also demanding. I was honored to do the camera work on this project, as well as the surf footage with my waterhousing. We used Blazar Anamorphic lenses with a diopter for some of the flashback shots.

The film was shown to a large audience at the christening of the ship during the launch ceremony and show. Happy to have been a part of this!
